Registration Information
WHSC is a member of Madison Area Youth Soccer Association, (MAYSA) and Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA).
Registration is OPEN for Wisconsin Heights / Barneveld Soccer Club!! We have programs open for ages 3 – 18.
Tiny Tot Clinic: 3 and 4 Year Olds
This program is designed to introduce soccer to children ages 3 and 4. It will run for 2 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:15 – 6 PM.
Barneveld dates are May 14th, 16th, 21st, and 23rd. Sign up deadline is May 12th.
Mazomanie dates are May 28th, 30th, June 4th and 6th. Sign up deadline is May 26th.
This program is FREE and perfect for children looking to try soccer (and still have time to get signed up for the fall season if they are going into 4k).
Saturday Morning In House Program: 4K – 2nd Grade
This program is designed for children in 4K Preschool through 2nd grade during the 2024-2025 school year.
Games are Saturday morning at Lions Park in Mazomanie for 6 weeks. Practices are in Barneveld for Barneveld kiddos and in Mazomanie for WH kiddos.
We are offering fall AND spring COMBINED season and for those unable to participate in both, fall 2024 ONLY or spring 2025 ONLY options.
Registration deadline is August 1st with an early bird discount, if registered by July 1st.
MAYSA Rec Program: 3rd-8th
This program is for children in 3rd grade through 8th grade during the 2024-2025 school year.
Each season consists of 8 games, 4 at home (in Mazomanie) and 4 away (within roughly a 1 hour radius). Practices are in Mazomanie.
We are offering fall AND spring COMBINED season and for those unable to participate in both, fall 2024 ONLY or spring 2025 ONLY options.

MAYSA Club Program: High School
This program is for children in high school during the 2024-2025 school year.
Each season consists of 8 games, 4 at home (in Mazomanie) and 4 away (within roughly a 1 hour radius). Practices are in Mazomanie.
We offer a fall season for lady athletes and a spring season for gentlemen athletes.
Registration deadline is July 1st for ladies and January 1st for gentlemen.

Please Note:
WHSC will accept registrations after teams have been formed or after the season has started as long as there is room on an existing team. Players registering after registration deadline will be placed on the team with the greatest need, specifically the team that is not at roster capacity that fits their age level. We cannot guarantee placement on a team after the registration deadline. This is especially the case for MAYSA league teams.
A player will be placed on a team once the player registration has been completed. This includes completing the online registration process as well as providing registration payment either on-line or by mailing in a check. Formation of teams is based primarily on age with some placement based on parent/child/sibling relationship. We do not form teams based on player or parent request to be on the same team as a friend or to have a particular coach.
Creation of MAYSA league teams is directly dependent on having sufficient certified coaches. Saturday Morning teams are dependent on having available parent/volunteer coaches. WHSC depends on our Club families or community members to coach our youth. We will provide coach training opportunities and instruction.
