How Can I Help?

Our league thrives on volunteers.  We welcome volunteers of all ages to fulfill a variety of duties.  The options below are only a few of the volunteering opportunities available.

Coaches

We  always have openings for new coaches at all levels.  No previous experience with coaching or soccer is necessary.  Coaching materials, tips, and equipment are provided for all coaches.  Coaches also receive free registration for one child.  If you are interested in coaching please complete the volunteer information on your child’s registration or contact Joe Frost at whscpres@yahoo.com.

Referees

There are opportunities for referees for Saturday Morning soccer.  This is a good way for older players to help by refereeing for a younger league.

League Coordinators

League coordinators are responsible for organizing players and coaches into teams.  They are also responsible for organizing concession volunteers (when it is their age group’s turn) and disseminating important league information to the their players and coaches.
