Saturday morning recreational soccer is an in-house league that consists of a Fall and Spring season. Registration is open to players in all area communities – not only to families in the Wisconsin Heights School District.
Each season runs six weeks. Teams have a game on Saturdays and practice once a week during the season. The teams are formed by age/grade level and the rules and format vary for each age group.
- U6(PK-K grade levels): The U6 teams play 3-on-3 without goalkeepers or score keeping. This level introduces the concepts and basic skills of soccer.
- U8(1-2): The U8 teams play with 4-6 players per team, sometimes with goalkeepers. This level adds to fundamental skills learned in U6 and adds throw-ins, corner kicks, and goal kicks.
Online Registration is found at: https://whsoccerclub.demosphere-secure.com/_registration.
Teams are formed in the fall with late addition players added to existing teams depending on team sizes. Fall season generally runs from early September through the end of October, while the spring season generally runs from mid-April through mid-June.
